It is personal accident (PA) insurance that provides financial protection in case of an accident resulting in death, permanent disablement, or hospitalisation.
This PA is offered as part of our Business Partner’s programme. The PA is bundled into our Business Partner’s product/service.
This PA is not for sale but it is available when you sign up with our Business Partner’s programme.
The policy includes:
- Accidental Death Benefit: RM 25,000
- Permanent Disablement Benefit: RM 25,000
- Double Indemnity on Public Holidays: Up to RM 25,000
- Daily Hospital Income: RM 50 per day, up to 30 days
- Dengue Recuperation Benefit: RM 1,000 upon hospitalisation due to dengue fever
You will receive your insurance details, including your certificate of insurance number, coverage start and end dates, within 3-5 working days via email after signing up for the respective programme.
To make a claim, just reach out to our AXXESS Customer Service at enquiry@shieldcard.com.my. We’ll send you the claim form and a checklist of the supporting documents you’ll need. The insurance service provider will process your claim within 14 working days, subject to the complete information provided and complexity of the case, and will remit the funds directly to your bank.

Policies are non-transferable.
