A1: Mobility Protect is an insurance plan designed exclusively for Touch ‘n Go cardholders providing coverage when Touch ’n Go cards and RFID tags are used. Mobility Protect provides coverage when using toll roads, parking at secured parking lots, and when using public transport such as MRT, LRT, BRT, monorails, DRT, and buses. Please note that ferry services are exempted from coverage.
A2: Simply tap your Touch ‘n Go card at the entry and exit points of toll booths, parking facilities, MRT, LRT, BRT, monorail stations, and buses. Your insurance coverage is activated as soon as you “tap in” and ends the moment you “tap out”.
A3: The premium is RM2.99 for monthly coverage or RM35.88 for annual coverage. Premium is subject to SST at 8%.

- Step 3: Complete your payment
You will receive a notification once you have completed the registration and payment is successful. You will in addition receive an email within 48 hours of registration, with your ID and Password to access the subscriber dashboard, for details of your insurance coverage, policy, claim forms etc. Your insurance cover will start when you receive the email on registration and successful payment. You must refer to your Policy Schedule to know when your policy starts.
A5: Mobility Protect is available to all Malaysians and foreign nationals who legally reside in Malaysia, and possess an active Touch ‘n Go card. You must be between age 18 years to 75 years (both inclusive). Age is calculated as at last birthday.
A6: Yes, each trip activates your coverage automatically.
A7: Your subscription will be renewed automatically every month or every year depending on the policy period selected, until cancelled.
A8: Yes, you can. Please write to AXXESS Customer Service at enquiry@axxess.com.my, but payment is non-refundable for monthly policies. However, if you have purchased an annual policy, your premium will be refunded on a pro-rated basis if no claim has been made.

A2: Yes, you can link multiple Touch ‘n Go cards and RFID tag to one Mobility Protect subscription and that card and RFID tag has to be registered with Touch ‘n Go. To register, please visit https://tngportal.touchngo.com.my/#registration (cards) and https://rfid.touchngo.com.my/register (RFID tag)
At any one event, the insured person will only be eligible to purchase only one policy irrespective of the number of Touch ‘n Go cards held by the Insured Person.
A3: If you lose your Touch ‘n Go card, report the loss immediately to Touch ‘n Go. Your coverage will be void until you receive a replacement. Additionally, please update us with the serial number of your new Touch ‘n Go card.
A4: No, the card must be valid, to be eligible for Mobility Protect. You can refer to your card for the date of expiry.
A5: No, the coverage cannot be transferred and is only available for the registered cardholder.
A6: No, you can use it as many times as needed, with coverage activated for each time you “tap in” and ends the moment you “tap out”.
A1: Mobility Protect provides customised insurance protection when using public transport and/or toll roads, as well as parking at secured parking facilities.
